About Me

Hi! I’m Nalynne and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m writing to you from sunny Santa Fe, NM where I live with my husband, Corey, our 4 kids and 2 dogs. From my adobe studio overlooking the Ortiz mountains (and the occasional bobcat, jackrabbit or coyote!), I create art driven by the beauty of nature and the power of imagination. I am a left-handed vegetarian who cares about the earth and who enthusiastically supports social and environmental causes. I'm a homebody—most days you can find me painting outdoors, hanging out with my kids, or working on house projects with Corey.

Originally a Midwesterner, I earned my BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Notre Dame in 2000. In the years since graduation, I’ve gained a wide range of industry experience working for toy companies both independent and global. Art direction, illustration, graphic design, and product design in children’s categories for 17 years was an incredible growth experience, and now I bring the same work ethic, relentless creativity, sense of humor, and unique style to everything I do for Tattered Rabbit.
